American Innovation

A lot of preppers think about cleanliness and clotheswashing after the SHTF. I know several who have purchased tubs and scrub boards. And then I came across this ~ the GiraDora washer/clothes spinner. Created to alleviate health and productivity concerns in Third World countries, it would also be great to have a few on hand in case of, well, Armageddon.

The beauty of the machine is it takes minimal water, is foot-powered, compact and CHEAP. Production costs are estimated at $40. It's expected to hit markets sometime in 2013.
