Look, there are lot's of legitimate reasons why somoneone who is receiving our money may need cash: gambling, alcohol, strip joints, escort services, weed, syringes, obama donations, guns, bullets, get-a-round change and so much more. It would be inhumane to deny those who are less fortunate than us the elements of the American experience that we all are free to enjoy.
Mike Miles, surely no one in America is less entitle to them free cash, specially if it's paid for be govment/someone else... The American experience, for however long, is free for all and on America's credit card... Surely it won't be cheap...
